We have made the Guest Rooms at Bodynfoel Hall a fully self catered apartment, with sitting room and kitchenette, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom available on request. There is also a folding sofa bed that kids may wish to sleep on to be closer to their parents.
If staying off grid in one of our glamping spaces doesn’t appeal then you may prefer the comfort of ‘The Guest Rooms’ with it’s own unique and charming vintage style. There is a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, and in the sitting room WiFi, TV and DVD player for entertainment with a fully fitted kitchen along one side.
You will have your own entrance and can come and go as you please, with everything you need whether you make it your base to explore the region, maybe take a trip to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Or to stay right here and enjoy the areas of the garden reserved for Guests to wander in or enjoy oodles of long walks in the surrounding countryside, but do also have a look at the ‘Things to see and do’ page for other ideas.
‘The Guest Rooms’ are a self catering accommodation so please bring your own food that you can cook on a totally modern ceramic hob, or electric oven, all necessary utensils provided. Tea, coffee and sugar are usually available, but we do encourage our guests to come equipped with their own preferred beverages. The water is UV filtered, so please resist the urge to bring plastic water bottles.
‘The Guest Rooms’ are priced for two people sleeping in a double bed, from only £80.00 p/n, but there is another bedroom, down one floor with two single beds. Extra guests, (or children), will cost £15 each per night, per bed. Younger children can sleep in a sofa-bed next door to their parents, if they prefer. Please understand that if more than one bed is used we will have to charge the extra £15pn, per bed. You may also find the Guest rooms on Air BnB, but we do not charge the management fee, so you’re better off booking here 🙂
We encourage our guests to conserve water, use less plastic where possible and recycle as much as they can during their stay.
A small word of warning for those not used to stairs, as there are 30 of them divided by a landing half way up, in case you need a rest :-).
Please see our calendar for availability and seasonal pricing, and to make a booking.
We are pleased to announce that our Guest Rooms are available to stay in throughout the year, and they are ready for booking right here.
IN THE INTERESTS OF TRYING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE WE ARE ASKING GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS, AND TO STRIP THE BED AFTER THEIR STAY. HAND SANITIZER IS SUPPLIED TO BE USED REGULARLY THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY - THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE :-)
Between 4pm-5pm (please send text message with ETA on the day to Richard's mobile - number supplied with booking confirmation) He will usually send you a text asking about your ETA, in the morning, and will respond when he receives your reply.
We ask that you vacate the rooms before 11.00am so that we have enough time to do the change overs, but you are welcome to remain on the estate, walking or boating, for another couple of hours if you want to.
There is WiFi in the house with reasonable broadband if you need to work online. There's a telly, we also have a selection of DVD's.
You will be sent an info pack telling you where you can eat, shop, visit, and also what is available to do on the estate during your stay here.
The sitting room has a fully fitted bar kitchen with fridge, electric oven and ceramic hob, for you to self-cater during your stay. Some tea and coffee, salt pepper etc. is provided.
